Spicy Tuna Dip

  • 1 cup (232gr) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup (59ml) sour cream
  • ¼ cup (59ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chipotle powder
  • 1 can (6½ oz/184gr) tuna packed in water, drained
  • 2 Tbsp minced green onion
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Pain Is Good Jalapeño Hot Sauce
  • salt, to taste

Blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and chipotle powder together until smooth.  Stir in tuna, green onion, lemon juice, and hot sauce.  Season to taste with a pinch of salt.  Chill for several hours. 

Serve with crackers, celery stalks, and cucumber slices.
