- 1 cup (232gr) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup (59ml) sour cream
- ¼ cup (59ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- 1 can (6½ oz/184gr) tuna packed in water, drained
- 2 Tbsp minced green onion
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Pain Is Good Jalapeño Hot Sauce
- salt, to taste
Blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and chipotle powder together until smooth. Stir in tuna, green onion, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Season to taste with a pinch of salt. Chill for several hours.
Serve with crackers, celery stalks, and cucumber slices.
