Using a store-bought pizza crust makes this a quick and easy recipe. You can subsitute a gluten-free pizza crust, focaccia, pita or naan bread.
- 1 12-inch thin pizza crust
- 3 Tbsp Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Onion Jam
- ½ cup blue cheese
Preheat oven to 450°F/230°C.
Spread Garlic Onion Jam evenly over the crust. Crumble the blue cheese over top.
Bake 8 - 10 minutes until the cheese begins to bubble. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Cut into wedges or squares. Serve warm or room temperature.
Makes 8 - 10 appetizer portions.
