Peri-Peri Marinade

Zulu Zulu Peri Peri Hot Sauce

If you need an easy marinade with a slight kick for chicken, turkey, pork, or lamb, give this one a try.  It also works well with a marinade injector if you want to shoot up your bird. 

  • Peri-Peri Sauce (any flavour Zulu-Zulu or Wildly Delicious)
  • white wine or apple juice

Combine equal parts of the Peri-Peri sauce and white wine.  Place meat in a shallow dish or re-sealable bag.  Pour marinade over meat and turn to cover well.  Allow to marinate in the refrigerator two hours to overnight, turning occasionally. 

Remove meat from marinade.  Discard the marinade or reserve it.  If you plan to use the reserved marinade, first bring it to a boil in a saucepan over medium high heat.
