Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

One of our customers put us onto this recipe. She always makes a double batch because it’s so popular.

  • 16 oz (454gr) softened cream cheese
  • 1¼ cup Batch #218 Wing Sauce with Blue Cheese *
  • 1 cup (112gr) shredded medium cheddar
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

Mix the cream cheese and wing sauce until smooth. Stir in the shredded cheese and chicken.  Transfer to an oven proof dish and bake at 350°F/177°C for 30 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy, and remember to always keep it hot! Don’t let hot foods stand at room temperature for more than two hours.

*You can substitute your favourite wing sauce and add some crumbled blue cheese, if you like.
