Serves 10 - 20 as an appetizer.
- 1 jar Bone Suckin’ Sauce
- ½ tsp Bone Suckin’ Habanero Sauce, optional *
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded, or 2 cans of chopped chicken, drained
- ½ onion, diced
- 2 blocks (226gr/8oz) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 226gr/8oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C.
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, ⅔ jar of Bone Suckin’ Sauce, onion, and half of the cheddar cheese. * For a spicier dip add ½ tsp. or more of Bone Suckin’ Habanero Sauce.Add chicken and mix well. Spread mixture evenly in a large casserole dish or several smaller ramekins. Pour remaining ⅓ jar of Bone Suckin’ Sauce over mixture and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers or tortilla chips.
