Mo Hotta Mo Betta - Hot-Sauce-of-the-Month / May 2012

As the name implies, this is a sauce for folks who believe in "the hotter, the better."  Mango is the first ingredient so you get a little bit of sweetness at the front.  Red Savina habanero pepper mash provides the fiery follow up.  There is a salty note with hints of garlic and lime.  It's great for tacos, salsa, Tex-Mex dishes, fish & chips, and to zip up a Caesar.
