Go for the gold with this sauce from Half Moon Bay Trading Company. This island pepper sauce comes from Costa Rica and packs a tasty Caribbean punch traditionally found in Barbados and the West Indies. Cayenne and habanero peppers are combines with a veggie base of carrots, onions, and cucumbers. Add to that some salt, sugar, garlic, vinegar and cumin for a perfect balance of sweet, salty, tanginess. It has a healthy medium-hot kick perfect for zipping up hearty soups. It’s also good with rice and beans, marinades, and cheesy queso dips.
Iguana Mean Green

The flavour is great and the heat is greater! Chileheads will be dashing this one on everything from chili to fries. More moderate folks can use a few drops to zip up their own plate.
