Hot Mamas Hot Garlic Pepper Sauce is made in Pefferlaw, Ontario, following a traditional Jamaican family recipe. Fresh Scotch Bonnet peppers and garlic are blended with a touch of mustard and vinegar. Big Garlic Hit! It's terrific with salsa, bloody caesars, pasta sauce, vinaigrette, fresh shucked oysters... anywhere that garlic is good and that's just about everywhere!
Hot Mamas Caribbean and Lime Splash - Hot-Sauce-of-the-Month / November 2008
They use only fresh Scotch Bonnet peppers, vinegar, and a touch of mustard - no added salt. The Lime version adds a touch of citrus for punch. Since they don’t contain any stabilizers or thickeners, you need to give them a good shake before adding to your dish. They’re great in salsas, marinades, stir-fry, Bloody Mary’s and Caesars.
