Marinade: Summer Kitchen Spicy Korean Citrus

Summer Kitchen Spicy Korean Citrus Marinade is our favourite product to use for flank steak.  It has all the ingredients you want in an Asian inspired dish: rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, orange juice, miso, sesame oil, and a light touch of soy.  There is a nice level of spice from red pepper flakes but it isn't overpowering.  

We prefer to marinate flank steak overnight, turning a couple of times to coat evenly with the marinade. 

This is also a great marinade for chicken thighs and pork loin.  Let them sit a few hours to half a day.  No need for overnight marinating.  Try it with shrimp for a quick 30-minute marinade.
